Media One Hotel Dubai, WorldHotels Crafted

2nd time here and Everything was superb. Most notable is how friendly and helpful the staff are especially Ashu and Puja. It is the perfect stay for my business trip

Everything was greatThe only take was the smell of the room I was moved into. It was a bit stuffy and stayed like that for a while

Amazingly helpful and kind staff - highly recommended. Pool area is nice.

Due roadworks the breakfast outdoor terrace was lightly noisy.

Location was amazing, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good but could have more options in the buffet section. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Location

Tiny rooms and not very safe shower

I loved the hospitality and service. Hameed was exceptional and very helpful. The updates and communication on WhatsApp was very helpful

Ensuring all the facilities work properly like basin and iron. Also extra tissue boxes in the rooms would be nice

The staff, especially at reception, were very friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The location is also good, although there is a lot of road construction nearby, which causes heavy traffic during peak hours.

Unfortunately, the room had an unbearable smell, similar to a strong ammonium or chemical odor. It was so bad that we could hardly sleep.

The casual and friendly style

The fact that they were doing some renovation works during the festive season. As an example, there was no hot water in the bathrooms on the 19th floor during our last night

Good location and nice rooms with lots of amenities

The stuff are great. Emily in the reception is such a helpful and amazing person. Lovely meeting you Emily and thanks for all your help. Thanks to Omar for providing us with whatever we needed in our stay. And the hotel is nice. Will stay again.

Really nice hotel with gym, sauna and pool. The bed is super comfortable and staff are very service oriented.

The property is very clean, the location is in the heart of DIC, and the staff are very kind and helpful specially both the receptionists Mina and Emily

My stay at Media One Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to Malika. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude.Malika’s attention to detail, willingness to help, and genuine care for guests really stood out. She handled every request efficiently and made me feel valued throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across such outstanding service, and she is definitely a great asset to the hotel.I highly recommend Media One Hotel, and especially commend Malika for her exceptional hospitality. I would gladly return again!

LocationStaffBreakfast

Bathroom showers are transparent so they can't be suitable for family members sometimes

I like the cleanliness of my room.

I didn't like the breakfast. I didn't like that there is a outdoor gym outside of my room and they were loud having some kind of class.

Very clean and the rooms were cool and unique , special thanks to Niva from the front desk , very kind and helpful.

Breakfast

No hot water in the shower, construction works in the room neaby all day

The staff very accommodating, great value for the breakfast

The music noise during daytime and night time :(

The service was very good, all staff very helpful! The rooms are very nice and clean. I also particularly liked the pool, for a swim in the sunrise at 7 am before going to work, and the hotel has a fantastic gym with a lot of modern machines.

All perfect.

Location

Weird room layout. Small. Slow clunky lift
